eSign by Abakira provides tools to:

• Create, upload, send, and electronically sign documents
• Store documents on our servers
• Generate audit trails (timestamp, IP, user-agent)
• Manage multi-signer workflows
• Generate final PDF files
• Receive automated emails
• Use integrations and third-party services
• Access free and paid subscription plans

You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring your documents comply with legal requirements.

3. Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures

Signatures generated through eSign by Abakira are:

• **✔ Compliant with the EU eIDAS Regulation (Simple Electronic Signature)**
• **✔ Compliant with U.S. ESIGN and UETA laws**
• **✔ Suitable for most common commercial and business uses**

Important: Our signatures are **simple electronic signatures**, not 'qualified' or notarized signatures. Some documents (real estate deeds, wills, certain corporate filings, etc.) may require higher-level authentication. You are responsible for confirming whether your document requires a specific type of signature.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

To use the service, you must:

• Be **18 years old or older**
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Not misuse or abuse the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by **Stripe**. We do **not** store any credit card numbers.

• Monthly subscriptions
• Auto-renewal
• Cancel anytime (service remains active until end of billing period)

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to documents or service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Bypass subscription limits or access controls

8. Document Storage & Deletion

We store your documents **as long as your account remains active**, unless you delete them manually. When you delete a document, it is permanently erased from our systems after a reasonable technical delay. You may request full deletion of your data and account at any time (see Privacy Policy).

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for: Policy violations, Fraud, Non-payment, Abuse of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

eSign by Abakira is provided **'as is'** without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Absolute freedom from errors
• Uninterrupted availability
• Compliance with legal standards for every document type

Abakira LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes arising from use of the service.
